Education or even learning mindset will never stands a criteria for voting for great people ( as it is said : Don’t try to be great; try to be good . For being good is great ). Voting happens to be a momentary decision. It goes by pressure by family, pressure by friend(s) and even society , minutely suppressed monetary values, genetic dress code , visual media, mob inferred on sides , all types of indifferences in mind , enmity inherited and so on. At no place you can fix the goodness loyalty and humbleness. Certain vulnerable acts could not be handled by those soft people. Common man exactly need security from many a things. What you impressed is only a meaningless dictionary word; that won’t survive in practical standards that too always.
